"Cute styles, but the sustainability info feels fuzzy"
I really do like the clothes, the designs are cute and feel very wearable. But when I tried to figure out how sustainable they actually are, I didn’t find as much clear info as I expected. There are a few mentions on the site, but it all felt kind of vague, and I had to click around more than I wanted to.
For the price point, I was hoping for more specifics about fabrics, factories, and how they handle waste. Maybe they’re doing more behind the scenes than they’re saying, but from the outside it’s hard to tell. Cute pieces overall, just not super reassuring if sustainability is a big factor for you.

"Cute packaging and nicely done"
The package looked really cute and showed up neat, which makes a difference. Nothing over-the-top, just nicely put together like you’d expect, and it felt good opening it...

I was a little confused because the website photos made the colors look much more muted, but when it arrived, they were way brighter in person. It’s not totally bad, just not really what I thought I was ordering based on the pictures.

I mean, I did have to wait a bit for replies, which was kind of annoying, but yeah, they did end up sorting out my issue in the end. So, like, it wasn’t amazing or anything, but it wasn’t terrible either. Average overall, I guess

"Not a Comfortable Fit"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work for me. It felt too tight and wasn’t comfortable to wear for long. I wouldn’t say it’s the best fit if you’re looking for something easy and relaxed.

"Nice clothes, but I still have questions"
I’ve ordered from BlackMilk a few times, and the clothes have usually been good quality. I like that they talk about local and ethical manufacturing, so that made me feel better about buying from them. But because there isn’t much clear info about wages, where the fabrics come from, or factory details, I don’t feel fully confident. It seems better than regular fast fashion, but the lack of transparency is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

I had to exchange mine for a different size, and it was easy. The return info was clear, the exchange went through without any hassle, and I got the right one faster than I expected. I was worried it might turn into some unnecessary back-and-forth, but it didn’t at all.

"Cute leggings, but the care info was all over the place"
I really like the leggings themselves, they’re cute and comfortable, but the care instructions were confusing. The tag seemed to say one thing, the product page kind of said another, and when I tried to look it up I kept finding inconsistent answers. I ended up just guessing when I washed them, which is kind of stressful because now I’m nervous to wash them again. Annoying for something that should be simple

I’ll be honest, I don’t have much patience for overpriced stuff that feels flimsy, but this actually feels well made. It’s not cheap, and I wasn’t thrilled about the price, but the quality seems good enough that I don’t feel like I wasted my money.

"Fun, weird-in-a-good-way designs"
I’ve grabbed a few BlackMilk pieces now, the designs are the best part. Not the same basic prints everywhere else, more odd, bold, fun. Some stuff’s a lot, so maybe not everyone’s vibe, but that’s why I like it. I always get asked where my leggings or dresses are from

"Loyalty points are decent, but I felt a bit ignored"
I’ve ordered from BlackMilk a few times now, and the loyalty program is good. The points build up quicker than I thought they would, and I was able to use a discount on my last order without any hassle. That part was super easy. The only thing is, when I had a question about it, I kind of felt ignored for a while before getting a response. Still, the rewards do make me want to keep coming back

I ordered from BlackMilk the sizing had me a little suspicious. I checked the size chart before buying, but the leggings still came in tighter than I expected, which makes me wonder how accurate that chart really is. The material does feel nice and stretchy, so I’ll give them that, and my top fit fine, so it wasn’t a total miss. But I do think some of their items run small. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d size up just to be safe. I just wish the sizing was more consistent.

I ordered from BlackMilk, and the items did arrive fine, so no real issue there. The shipping just felt, a bit slow, honestly. I wasn’t expecting anything super fast, but the updates were quiet, and I kept having to check on it myself. The clothes were packed okay when they arrived, and everything was in good shape, I just wish the whole process had moved a little quicker. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either.

I’m really happy BlackMilk has a decent size range. I’m always a bit nervous ordering clothes online because sizing can be all over the place, and I half expected it not to fit right, but it actually did. The fit was comfortable and I didn’t feel like the bigger sizes were just an afterthought. I do still wish online shopping wasn’t such a gamble, but it was really nice finding cute stuff that actually came in my size

"Smooth orders both times"
So... I’ve ordered twice now and both times everything showed up exactly when the tracking said it would. No chasing anyone, no random delays, and the package was packed properly. I was a little nervous since it was coming from overseas, but it all went really smoothly. I’m happy with it and would definitely order again

"Cute Print, Crummy Fabric"
I really loved the print, but man, the fabric was a total little troublemaker. It felt scratchy and thin, like it was trying to annoy me on purpose. Cute to look at, sure, but definitely not comfy enough for me to wear much.
